The concept of customizing noodles with different sauces, proteins, and styles like soup or stir fry makes each meal exciting, and everything I've tried has been flavorful and fresh. The portions are generous, the staff is always friendly and quick, and the cozy interior creates a nice atmosphere to enjoy a delicious, satisfying meal.
