The apple cider kouign amann was fantastic, with perfectly baked layers and a lightly sweet cream cheese frosting that balanced the filling beautifully. The ham pear gruyí¨re tart was well-made, though the sweetness of the pear blended with the ham and the mustard's bold flavor dominated the overall taste, which was still enjoyable. Their variety of pastries, including the decadent chocolate babka and twice-baked almond croissants, consistently impress, making each visit a real treat.
