At Loard's in Alameda, I love the huge variety of creamy, slow-churned flavors-including my favorites like ube and pandan with chewy bits-and the friendly, welcoming atmosphere created by the sweet older couple who remember me every time, along with generous portions, affordable prices, fresh waffle cones, dairy-free options, and the nostalgic charm that keeps me coming back despite the unassuming exterior.

I visited the Alameda Loard's recently and was impressed by the long line outside. The variety of flavors available was the standout feature for me, with options like ube and pandan adding a unique twist to the experience.
