The bagel with egg and cheese had the perfect texture and was incredibly satisfying, while the veggie omelette was generously filled and cooked to perfection. The cafí© latte was exactly what I wanted-simple, hot, and delicious-and the service was warm and attentive, making the experience feel like being welcomed into someone's home. If you're willing to wait a bit, the flavorful breakfast burritos, amazing sandwiches, and strong coffee are absolutely worth it, especially with the cozy ambiance near Lake Merritt.

I enjoyed a simple yet satisfying bagel with egg and cheese, while my dad opted for a well-made veggie omelette. The food was worth the slight wait, about 10-15 minutes depending on the order, and was brought to our table promptly. The cafí© latte was a perfect accompaniment to the delicious breakfast offerings.
