The thin crust here is perfectly crispy with a slight char and a wonderful sourdough-like chew that sets it apart. Every ingredient tastes fresh and flavorful, especially the cheese that melts beautifully without being heavy, and the uniquely powdered red peppers add a brilliant depth without the usual hassle. I'm a huge fan of thin slice pizza, and this one really hits the mark! The Gina calabrese I tried was fantastic, with a crust that had a perfect char and a chewy texture. Everything from the fresh ingredients to the incredible sauce just made it an unforgettable experience - I'm definitely coming back for more!
