I popped into Root Water for a quick snack and was pleasantly surprised by their delicious and fresh empanadas. The dough had a unique sourdough taste that paired perfectly with the pickled onions. The interior had a fun Latin vibe, complete with lively music videos and a super sweet bartender who kept me entertained while I waited for my take-out. The overall experience surpassed my expectations, and I can't wait to return for a dine-in meal.
