The food is delicious and the service is second to none. No other place in the Odessa, Midland area has this good of service. I've eaten here several times and everything has been excellent every time.

Best Texican food ever!

First time to eat at Gordo"s. Salsa was terrible. Red salsa was just tomatoes with no flavor. The green salsa was green chiles dumped from a can. Order chile verde con carne. Very little meat with lots of potatoes and looked like the green chile salsa was just poured over the meat and potatoes. Very blend.. The refried beans were watery. I ordered corn tortillas and they were slightly heated up in grease and served to me greasy. In the 35 yrs that I have lived in Odessa, this was the worst chile verde con carne I have eaten. Only thing good was the rice, it was delicious.
