I've enjoyed about 4 or 5 meals there lately, and the fried chicken is seriously some of the best I've ever had. Plus, they offer some awesome coupons that make it even better!

Buzzy evening spot, happening place

Worst service I have ever experienced- the people who work there can NEVER get an order right even when they write it down and have no management or lazy management
Don't understand how they stay open
HORRIBLE place- will never go back

On w. County rd. Bush's chicken is the slowest and the most ignorant lazy bunch of people. When you get strips they are not fresh and when they charge you for it your over charged. They have it set up now with double drive thru when they can't even handle one. Then when they try to handle both drives they can't count or know which car comes next. Oh plus talking, visiting and hopping along so playfully tapping the signs on the side of the building while I run out of gas and stuck between ten other cars and can't get out or get my order taken or get my order is screwed up. The owners must not value their business very much and they all need to remember from a peon to the big shot, customers is what makes ur job and business thrive.

Yesterday we came by to get your happy hour drink special. And on your sign it says that you have tea for $1.89. Now, I know from going to law school that it is fine-able to falsely advertise something that you do not offer. I also know that if the sale is no longer the case it is the manager or district manager's job to remove that sign. So, I was about to be nice and just keep my photographic proof to myself, but I'm thinking about calling the BBB and posting these pictures up.
And I have several reasons why I came to this conclusion. First, every Bush's Chicken lied to me about this sign. The sign is there, I have proof, and you all lied to me. Second, you should have had better customer service and offered me something for my trouble. I am in the business of customer service and quality service, so I know the difference. For your rude manager to even tried to offer might have assuaged me and I could have let it go.
Third, you got my order wrong.....AGAIN. Giving me unsweet tea when I'd asked for sweet. When I sent my husband inside to see if he could get it done right your rude little manager asked only if we had dared take pictures of your signage. He was in no mood for your little attitude. You blew it. I am posting these pictures and my little story and telling everyone I know. And thanks to my job, honey, I know a lot of people from here and not.
You should have swallowed your pride, missy, and just been nice. Now its too late and you will learn to treat your next customers with respect. Have a nice day.
This is the restaurant on Andrews Highway.
