I swung by for a jalapeño popper and a drink, and the staff was super nice about the food looking a bit rough-they even gave me extra and offered cobbler! I've been loving this BBQ joint for years; the brisket is always tender, and the service is friendly and efficient.

I swung by today for a quick bite and drink, and ended up with a bonus round of jalapeño poppers - they were a bit rough around the edges, but hey, who isn't, right? The team was so apologetic and sweet about it, they even offered me some cobbler to make up for it. Customer service like that is hard to find these days, but at Jack Jordan's, they've got it down pat!
