The flavors of the enchiladas here take me straight to the heart of authentic Mexican cuisine, with each bite bursting with vibrant taste and warmth. The service carries a welcoming energy, and the frozen margaritas, especially the Patron, perfectly complement the meal, creating an inviting atmosphere to unwind. Though some dishes have room for improvement, the overall experience leaves me craving more, especially the shrimp tacos and chorizo queso topped with fresh avocado.

The enchiladas at Red Hots are considered authentic by many in town, and the service is commendable. It's advisable to check their hours of operation, as they can be slightly tricky to navigate at times.
