I enjoy dining at our local family-owned restaurant, Jd's Posthouse. The staff is welcoming, and the food is consistently fresh and served quickly. The addition of a bar inside adds to the cozy atmosphere of the place. While it would be nice if they extended their hours, my family and I always have a pleasant experience when we visit.

We went to have a nice lunch at JD's Posthouse and placed our order. When my fish-n-chips came to the table, I asked the waitress about where were my "chips". I was told that i shoukd have ordered "chips" as part of my 2 sides. I have never had to order the "chips" when I asked for Fish-N-Chips. I have asked many people what do they expect to get and all of them said fish and fries. I think that the person who makes the menu should learn what fish and chips are. After paying $13.99, I told the Hostess that we will not be back. Just a side note, the fish was good.

My sister & I both had the prime rib. Was excellent. Prime rib was tender & juicy. Seasoning was just right.

Ordered the Philly steak sandwich tonight,I wasn't very impressed.Steak tasted terrible like it was freezer burn't.Everything else was ok.Waitress was even nice,Sorrry just a 2 star rating for me.
