During my weekend trip to Toledo, Ohio, I indulged in a mouthwatering "Lemon Sensation" Breakfast cookie at Rustbelt Coffee. The vegan cupcakes, gluten-free treats, and healthy baked goods at Catherine's Bakery have me wishing I could teleport them to New Jersey - so delicious!
