Used to support this place. Went this morning at 8:05. Was told at drive thru they wouldn't be opening for another 1/2 hour. Cussed and went to Crackdonalds. Was in there 3 minutes came out and there were 2 cars at Taco Hell paying for food at drive thru? Maybe they should shut down and open another pizza shop. Don't have to be there till around noon. This has happened several times over last year. I'm done with Taco Hell. Will drive to Lake Milton or Southington for breakfast. Should really consider opening pizza shop

I am 55 years old, my lady is 60 years old. We went to taco bell in newton falls ohio. The food was terrible and poorly made. When i complained to Amanda the manager, she found it appropriate to disrespect us and cuss me. I asked her if she really was going to continue to cuss me. She promptly said yes. She says she knows her damned job, the food is made proper and she wasnt doing anything to remedy the situation. This is Taco bell's approach to how to treat the elderly during this crisis. We had to throw the food away, get cussed and disrespected, and lose our money on top of it. I asked for a way to contact her boss, and was refused on that as well. Be aware if you eat here, u may get crappy food, and if you do, u will also be disrespected by their young arrogant managers as well. In a time like this with the pandemic, you would think people would try and take care of each other. Taco bell and their management team obviously do not care about anything but skimping and serving bad food, in amazingly small proportions, to keep their money flowing, at our expense. Shame on you taco bell, shame on you.
