Highly recommend..Stoped at Grill and Garden Cafe after my work out. Got a steak power bowl this time and a organic plant based protein smoothie. The Keto smoothie with its peanut butter and cacao nibs nearly filled me up while I waited for the chef to char grill me a fresh Strip steak, that’s right a whole 8oz strip gets cooked for their steak orders and goes on the bowls which were made of sweet bases like rice sweet potatoes riced cauliflower cheesy potatoes, they even have bowls made with Mac and cheese. Definitely my new post work out stop for muscle fuel and recovery.
