This review is for Arabica In amherst oh. Today waited 12 mins. For 2 mochas. Not busy @all. Last Sunday waited half hr. For same. When person starts to make drinks she is forced to stop so she c take food orders @register. Or coffee drinks forgotten multiple times cause of this. Service very poor. Owner sits around eating /socializing with friends. Rarely seems to help out. In middle of taking orders workers must stop to take other orders. Makes no sense. Seem to not know cash register or the menu. Seems to be very poorly managed. After many visits there we have decided to not go back. Starbucks coffee it isnt
