Arbys in Athens Ohio, pull up @8:15. Only car there, order and spend 20 minutes at the drive thru window. Two employees standing upfront watching another one (possibly two) run around and make the food themselves. After waiting I still received cold food. This place is always slow, the chicken is absent. Any type of chicken you order, will have 90% bread crumbs and 10% meat.
