Absolutely terrible, the food was cold and disgusting whoever was making eggs did not know how to make eggs not even scrambled ones. The hash browns were not fully cooked and were cold. We waited an hour for our food I was overcharged for coffee they charged me for a cappuccino when I just had regular coffee. Had to wait another 20 minutes just to have somebody check me out I almost walked out without paying because it was so ridiculous. I felt bad for not leaving a tip that I was already paying almost $60 for really crappy food. We will never go back and I will never recommend it to anyone.

Stopped in at a non-busy time, according to your website, had a little wait to get seated. Already had in my mind what I wanted. But when I asked if I could place my order, the waitress told me that she was the only one on duty at the time not in an explaining type of way, with an attitude. And went about other tables. I should of just left.

Bob Evans restaurant in logan ohio is one of the smallest restaurant in logan with the amount of people that come thru logan the wait time is crazy like on veterans day morning at 900am there was a hour to hour half wait that is crazy these restaurant is to small to handle the people that come thru I am a veteran I went to another place and enjoy a meal with alot less wait time

I'm a local resident so eat here off and on. I have eaten at many Bob Evans restaurants in many different locations and I never seem to have issues with any other Bob Evans other than this one. Can't determine if it's terrible management or incompetent staff or both. On two different occasions, months apart, ordered chicken and it came and was not cooked inside. Explanation - the equipment in which the chicken is cooked is not working propertly. Ok - I could see this happening once, but twice? Seriously, get the thing fixed or replace it.. Most recently ordered breakfast with biscuits and gravy. Meal comes and there are no biscuits because they are out of biscuits. You didn't know this when the order was placed so I could be given a different option? So now I have a bowl of gravy with nothing to put it on.
On top of the food, during the last visit, the wait and kitchen staff are yelling back and forth across the entire restaurant about orders and how long someone's been waiting. People want to eat a meal and have some quiet conversation, not be in the middle of a yelling match. Totally unprofessional.
Every time I eat here I am disappointed and vow to not go back, but with few options in town I end up doing so only to be let down once again.
