The chicken was most definitely pan fried. The potatoes were pealed & cooked fresh daily. No boxed potatoes. Gravy was also made fresh-- from scratch. Excellent restaurant.

Nothing about this restaurant lives up to its hype. The chicken was deep fried, not skillet fried. The mashed potatoes were from a mix and the gravy came from a vendor ready made. The lettuce for the salad is from a bag and rotten pieces are allowed to come out of the kitchen. The green beans were blah and the cole slaw tasted just a day off spoiled. The rolls are store bought. I don't 'even trust the pie to be made on site but instead bought from a vendor. All of this was way over priced for the poor quality of the meal. This place is coasting on what Grandma Clark must have made it once upon a time.
