Several times we've ordered food for pick-up, but when we got home, the wasn't correct. Asked for corn muffins to go with greens, had Biscuits. Once pancakes were burnt on bottom, another time pancakes were gooey, wasn't cooked inside. I keep coming back, because I really do love most of my food.

On 9/1/18 came to Cracker barrel for breakfast. Waiter took my order. 45 minutes later i have not received my meal. Spoke with an older male manager who said he was sorry, but the server should have told you that there was a 45 minute wait because the kitchen was behind, and he walked away from me. WOW. Worst service ever, lack of management skills.
