This was AWFUL I ordered this time mostly because last time I didn't get an item and they said they'd credit it to my account for my next order.
This time, I placed my order and it gave me a delivery time of approximately 20-30 mins I placed my order at 8:19 and it arrived at 9:41 almost an hr later than predicted. Also, your tracker said it arrived well before it ever did. On top of that it arrived wrong I received chicken carbonara instead of my pasta primavera.
When I called they offered to make it again and send it back out which I had them do because it will be a long time before I consider ordering from them again.
It's not a wonder that they have less than a 4-star rating on any site.

We had a bad experience with Dominoes a few years ago and decided to give them another shot, however once again Dominoes has let us down and even worse this time. Our pizza and wings (if that's what you want to call them) arrived cold about 15 minutes later than the ETA. The driver was lost and went to at least 3 other houses that I'm aware of and that was after the food was driving around in his car for a good 20 minutes. We knew the chances of our food being even the slightest bit warm were very slim. Our cold pizza had hardly any sauce (tasted like walmart ketchup) on it, only a few mushrooms and was disgusting all together. The wings were all fat and grissel and inedible and of course cold. Never again will we order Dominoes, the thought of it makes me sick....blech Thanks Dominoes for yet another disgusting and unsatisfying food (I guess that's what they're calling it) and money down the drain. I will be sure to share this review with many other websites to help other people not waste their time and money as I did.
