I am a 61 year old lady with My sister who is 71 years old come through the drive through last night May 8,2023, at about 9:15 pm. At the London, Oh KFC/LJS We ordered a LJS family meal and a 9 piece KFC nuggets. We had been at the hospital all day we were very tired and hungry. When we paid they said it would be about 5 minutes please pull over to the side and they will bring our food out. We waited about 20 minutes and a young girl brought our food out and , “said it is all there.”. When we got home I noticed the 8 hush puppies were not in the bag. I called and they said they would replace them. They said my name would be in the book. After I talked to them on the phone I noticed my nuggets were not in the bag. I didn’t call back I thought I will just tell them tomorrow when I pick up the hush puppies. I went into the store today and explained what had happened. The manager (yelling from the back
Of the store)said she can’t find the note. After a little persuasion she agreed to give me the hush puppies but not the nuggets because I didn’t call the again last night to tell them. OK she couldn’t find the note but she will give me part of what was missing. I requested to talk to her. She was in the back working the drive through talking real loud and just drudging me in the dirt with her comments she was just nasty and rude. She told the young girl in the front to step aside and not deal with me . I did at this point got upset and I told her that I and everyone in the restaurant could hear her. I waited to talk to her for about 1/2 hour or even longer. I ask for the phone number to corporate. She said,from the back, “we don’t give out corporates number you have to look it up online “. I seen a young man that was working the night before. That she had said to him about 15 minutes prior,”I wasn’t here last night you go deal with her!” He wouldn’t come out. Finally I raised my voice and said, “that young man was here last night. Will you please come and talk to me”. He finally came out and said he don’t remember us from last night. About that time his district manager called him, I ask to speak to him. He (the DM)told me that I could get my food that I had paid for. While I was waiting 2 other people came up to the front because they did give them there fry’s and one didn’t get and sauce. (I also had ask for tartar sauce last night and did not get any). Not one person that worked their greeted any customers pleasant. I think they all hate their jobs. That manager was just loud rude and nasty. I too at one time managed KFC in London and I was hurt and disappointed how the treated all of there customers. It is really sad. The food is good and when senior citizens spend $29.48 on food. We have to fight all the way to get it. Not one person showed any remorse, they were definitely bothered with me. I mean how dare I ask for what I paid for?
