I love Panera. One out of two times we go out to eat, I ask to go there, but the last few times we've been to the Sandusky Panera, the quality and especially cleanliness has taken a noticable nose dive. My husband's dishes were not clean the last two times we visited. They felt like they had a film of scum on them, as if the dishwasher was not working properly. We went just two days ago and I told him he never had to bring me back again, as the booths were so disgustingly dirty, it makes you wonder what the back of the store looks like. Makes me sad. Needs new management.
