We had a rehearsal dinner for my son's wedding. I found the Rusty Nail to be a very poor value. This was our third son, and the worst meal. Salad portions were microscopic. Service was poor (no drink refills, 1 hour 15 minutes between salad and main course) no coffee ever offered. Cold food when delivered. My steak had a hard shell of congealed blood. I was embarrassed.
I asked manager to contact us regarding the meal...after 5 days...still no contact.
