The overall experience of going to Denny's was terrible. They were out of alot of items. The wait for our food was long. The worst of our problems was our waitress.. She was the rudest person. She should definitely look into not working with the public. We won't be going back because of her.

The worst place ever. I own 2 restaurants. If I was Denny's I would close the doors and look into hiring all new staff or just stay out of business.

The Ohio State route 45 (center street) off of 90 has the most unpleasant, unprofessional waitresses. I will want go back.

If your a waitress you should already know it but your job is to wait on people. It is not your job to complain how many times a table asked for something like utensils, drinks, napkins, there food, ect. It is your job to get it and not complain or swear at them. I will not go back to the Austinburg Ohio location because of this. It is wrong and unprofessional.
I will say our food was ok. Good job to the chef.

I first want to say our food at the Austinburg Ohio Denny's off of 90 was good. The chef did a great job. We all enjoyed our food. The problem was the waitress. She complained alot. She even complained how cheap some people tipped her. It was very annoying. At the end of our dinner we desided not to tip her at all. People shouldn't ave to put up with a waitress complaining about customers. Her job is to wait on people if she doesn't like it go elsewhere. At least now she has a good reason to complain because she got no tip from us.

Center Street (route 45) Austinburg Ohio off 90.
This Denny's is pretty dark inside and not the cleanest. Our waitress was totally rude. She complained about everything.
Our food was ok but took a while to get.

Went to the Austinburg Ohio Denny's on route 45 on 1/26/24. The experience was good and bad. The food was good. I give it an A. Our waitress was terrible. She was very rude. She complained constantly and made it for a difficult time. I don't know how the manager aloud her to work. I would of told her to pack up and leave. She made what should of been a relaxing dinner a stressful one listening to her. If we do go back it will be for take out.
To the cook around 5:30pm on this day we want you to know we enjoyed your cooking very much. Great flavor. We appreciate your hard work.

The food was average tasting. This locations problem is the waitresses. Our waitress complained constantly. Another waitress was swearing alot. Very unprofessional. I will definitely not go back. It made for a stressful dinner.

This location has the worst service ever. It took over an hour to get our food. When the food did come it was cold. Our waitress acted like it was a bother for her wait on us, she complained about everything.

They are out of alot of items. The food is both undercooked and overcooked.
Our waitress was very rude and should of been walked out. She shouldn't be working for the public.

We traveled to Ohio and stopped at the Denny's off interstate 90 on route 45 in Austinburg. Our service was awful. The waitress acted like it was a bother to wait on us. She was very unprofessional. Our food took forever to get,and wasn't how we asked for it.

We traveled to the Austinburg Ohio location and went to order. We tried to order many items and they didn't have them. When we did get something they had it took 45 minutes. The food was cold. When we complained the waitress laughed and said she wasn't F-ing cooking and she doesn't care.
She was very unprofessional. We won't be going back.

Do not go to the Austinburg Ohio Denny's location if your disabled. They treat disabled people badly. They told me I shouldn't bring my handicapped son to eat there because it took us a while to eat.

The Austinburg Ohio location needs alot of help. I don't know were to begin.
1) they are out of alot of food
2) they are out of alot of drinks
3) they aren't open 24 hrs every day
The people who work here are also very rude. My family and I witnessed and heard a waitress say a man with hearing aids was a F-ing retard and shouldn't come to a restaurant if he can't hear. The guy asked a couple times what she said.
I feel this waitress shouldn't come to the restaurant and work if that is her attitude. This guy didn't deserve that. We were going to call corporate Denny's but thought a review would be better so all people can know about it.
I just would like to say to this man and other deaf or disabled people that you deserve to eat any place.

When I received my over medium eggs, they were still partially raw and when I asked the waitress about them, all she said was, "that's the way they are supposed to be".....it was the worst food and the staff is not very clean.
