During my recent visit to Donato's for a pickup order, I took advantage of a 30 percent off email coupon to try their pizza while shopping at Kroger. I ordered 1 small and 2 medium pizzas through the app and arrived a few minutes early to find my food freshly baked. The staff was friendly, the food was hot and tasty, and although there is seating available, I opted for a quick pickup.

Called, Ordered food for delivery, waited 50 + minutes, Nothing. Called back and guy said they didn't have an order for me. Acted smug. I will never purchase a thing from a company that prides itself on service and does this. My company will never use donatos ever again.

i have had two orders so far not complete we ordered to night as well 8-2-13 if my order is not right i will be going back to pj,s pizza i am not happy with donato,s at this time..
