On a rainy, gloomy day after working in the yard, I enjoyed the best root beer float I've had in a long time at Eric's, where my husband's strawberry ice cream actually had large pieces of strawberries and I loved "the bomb" with chunks of brownies and cookie dough in caramel ice cream, though the sugar cones lacked a base layer of ice cream to keep it from falling off-homemade ice cream that was absolutely delicious!

I'm delighted to hear that you enjoyed the root beer float at Eric's - it truly is a standout choice! On a rainy day, finding a place that serves such delicious and unique ice cream creations really brightened our day, especially my husband's strawberry scoop with real fruit pieces. The homemade ice cream was a real treat, although a little more filling in the sugar cones would have made the experience even more enjoyable.
