The cafí© might not be the speediest joint in town, especially if you throw a curveball at the poor ladies taking your order. Despite the limited menu and early closing time, I keep coming back for two reasons: the food is wallet-friendly (hello, $5 meals!) and the cake selection is a sweet addiction waiting to happen. The cakes are a rotating adventure, and the ladies serving them up are as warm and wholesome as a slice of their icing-covered creations.
