Always screw up the order. That is if they have the pieces of chicken you want. You would think at dinnertime they would make enough. Nope, they are either out or they screw it up.

It never fails the orders are alway missing something, the roll, a piece of chicken, the are always incorrect, but the real issue is old food. The okra was so old it had a smell to it. The okra was dried up leaving only old breading. French fries are usually cold. I tried ordering mashed potatoes and gravy but they barely put a teaspoon of gravy on an order. But to get chicken that is old and chewy at 6:00 pm is ridiculous. It is easy to identify old chicken not just by taste but by looks too. There is no quality control with any of their food items. I once had to waits 13 minutes for chicken to fry. This was the best chicken ever, it was awesome. I don’t expect to get that every time but receiving chicken that is hours and hours old I can’t take anymore. I am done with this place, no more gambling if I’m going to get decent food or not.
