Everything I have tried has been great

We had been wanting to eat at the grill for some time now but have put it off until now.
Our waitress was great but that was the highlight of the meal
we ordered I was told the potatoes wouldn’t be ready in time so I substituted them for a different item except I didn’t receive it either nor did I get the extra item I ordered. Plus there was a 3.5% charge on our bill when we told them we were paying cash they said it’s that way cash or credit. Anyway unfortunately our first trip to the grill will be our last
