Have eaten there often since their opening. The food is always good and the service is friendly and prompt. It has always been neat and clean inside. We are very happy to have a new restaurant in town that has an general menu. While Wilburton has Pizza, Chinese and Mexican food to offer, we haven't had an American food restaurant in town for quite a while. It's wonderful to have a choice. Our only minor complaint would be that they have frequently been out of certain main courses or sides, but the longer they have been here to assess their business, the more those issues are being worked out. I would very much recommend giving Salt a try.
