Every time I have tried to get food there it has been a long wait and not always correct. even if no one in line it takes awhile to order and is terrible slow. I like Arby's food but the one in Altus is lacking

I don't know what is the problem but I live out of town and the last 2 times I was in Altus I ordered ham and cheddar small ones to go. Both times when I got home to eat them they were roast beef!!! The last time I told them about mistake made and when got the sack I started to check them but the girl said order was correct. Then later I realized that I paid higher price for the ham and cheddar.
