Ada franchise is the worst. I can get over the every day failure... but every time I spend my money here it is unsatisfactory.. generally the day shift is better (missing items) but anything after 4pm is absolutely trash!! I've brought back recites, complained, and walked into the building for face to face contact and still rude, trash, and zero service. Even hostile services. I didn't realize each franchise was owned by a different person..
