The service at Milano's was incredibly friendly, and the pizza was delicious! The owner even made sure we had everything we needed during our visit. The pizza was served promptly, and I was impressed by the generous toppings and cheese on the fantastic crust.

MILANOS OF IDABEL HAS THE BEST PIZZA AROUND. BUT! BUT! THEY ARE AS CROOKED AS THEY COME!!!!
WE HAVE BEEN CUSTOMERS FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS AND EVERYTIME WE ORDER THEY JACK THE PRICE UP AND THEN TRY TO TELL US THAT WE GOT WHAT WE ORDERED! THE LASST STRAW INCIDENT WAS WE ORDERED A SPECIFIC PIZZA WITH EXTRAS,WHICH WE WERE WILLING TO PAY. GUESS WHAT? WE GOT A REGULER PIZZA WITHOUT THE EXTRAS ORDERED BUT WE WERE CHARGED 18.60 FOR A 15.98 iF WE GOT WHAT WE ORDERED. bUT NO . ALSO, THE PIZZA WAS DELIVERD WITHIN 4-TO 6 MINUTES AFTER WE CALLED IN. I ALSO HAD CALLED BACK TO ORDER DOUBLE TOPPINGS AT THE TIME. THE GIRL I SPOKE TO SAID THAT SHE COULD NOT DO THAT. oK. I AGREED TO LET THIS GO. LITTLE DID I KNOW THAT THE PIZZA WAS AT THE DOOR AS SOON AS i HUNG UP THE PHONE. (NO EXTRAS)! REGULAR PIZZA! WHEN I CALLED AND LET THEM KNOW THIS. THEY AGREED TO SEND BACK THE DIFFERENCE. O.K. bUT WHEN THE DELIVERY MAN CAME THEY ONLY WANTED TO RFUND THE DELIVERY GuYS TIP ONLY. hEY, iT WAS NOT HIS FAULT. i SPOKE TO THEM AND WAS TOLD THAT THREE DIFFERENT PEOPLE FIXED IT, ONLY ONE AT A TIME OF COURSR, MORE BULL----! aLSO A FRESH ORDERED PIZZA IS NoT GOING TO BE DELIVERED WITHIN 5 MIN FROM ACROSS TOWN UNLESS IT Was a pizza that was already made and order canceled or screwed up. try to pass that off on me!!! I have been a resturant manager for almost 30 yrs, pizza included! not enough time bro! Also, one I talked to agreed it take at least 15 to 25 min. to prepare before delivery. So. I sent the pizza back and took my money back and made sure that the delivery man got his tip!!!!! BUYER BEWARE! BUYER BEWARE! BUYER BEWARE!BUYER BEWARE! SHAME ON YOU MILANOS, YOU ARE DEVASTATING A GREAT BUSINESS AND INCOME.
NEW NEWS ABOUT THIS THE SUPPOSED MANAGER CALLED ME AND TOLD ME THAT HE FIXED THE PIZZA AND THAT HE WANTED PAID TO THE PIECE THAT WAS EATEN ON. 1 PIECE! BUT HE CLAIMS THAT WE ATE 2 AND 1/2 PIECES! NOT POSSIABLE WHEN I WAS ON THE PHONE AND MY HUSBAND WAS WITH THE DELIVERY MAN! AFTERTRYING TO BE PROFESSIONAL I BLEW AND TOLD HIM TO KISS MY BUTT AND HUNG UP. NOT PROFESSIONAL BUT IF THEY WILL NOT LISTEN,WHAT CAN YOU DO? I SENT THE PIZZA BACK, GOT MY MONEY BACK. DONE!!! YOU MAY WANT TO TRY BUT BUYER BEWARE!! GOOD LUCK!

I did not go to the resturant. I had an all meat sandwich and wings delivered. It was a Tuesday night. I called around 7:20 or so. I tried to call back to remind them of Ranch with wings (I wasn't asked). To get them to answer (around 7:40) took 4 calls and letting it ring 30 times each. I also requested a receipt (business reimbursement) and was told I would get one. After over an hour of waiting for a sandwich, I tried to call to see if it was on it's way (honestly wanting to cance), same game. No answer, over and over. At this time (8:40) I got the food delivered at my door. The wings were hot but the sandwich was cold. They did not send not one napkin or any plasticware! An hour after they closed, I realized the receipt was not in the bag either! $15.00 mistake!! I can't say I won't eat there again (IF I am ever back in town), but I will be prepared next time. Maybe this will save some frustration for others. Good food though!!
