The brisket here is seriously some of the best I've ever had, with a perfect balance of smoky flavor and tangy-sweet sauce that just melts in your mouth. The sides like the potato salad, beans, and especially the smoked loaded spud add a great touch and make the whole meal super satisfying. The staff are friendly, the portions are generous, and the overall vibe is chill-definitely a spot I'll keep coming back to whenever I'm in the area.
