Each employee I've seen has no skills in customer service. The drive thru speakers are broken. The girl came out to take our order. After taking my boyfriend's order, who was in the passengers's seat, she walked away without taking mine. When I asked if she could take mine she stared at me for a minute, like she was surprised I wanted to eat too. Also, both times I came the employees had food and condiments all over their shirts. Not really appetizing and they always seemed so miserable to be there.
