On a sunny winter day in Tahlequah, I discovered Jose's Mexican Restaurant on S. Muskogee Ave. The restaurant, located on the east side of Monroe, has been a local favorite for years. Jose's menu features authentic Mexican dishes like tacos, gorditas, and enchiladas, all bursting with flavor and served with a smile.
