The service and food at El Primo Loco are both exceptional, especially the carne asada and chicken quesadillas, which are bursting with flavor. Despite the small and somewhat cluttered dining area, the delicious and authentic Mexican cuisine makes every visit worthwhile.

The food at El Primo Loco is absolutely delicious, especially the carne asada meat which is a must-try. While the prices may be a bit higher, the authentic Mexican flavors and quality make it a worthwhile dining experience. Whether you're passing through or local to OKC, I always recommend stopping by for a taste of their fresh and flavorful dishes.
