I ordered curbside delivery. I live 15 minutes from Brents. It was 1 hour and 25 minutes door to door. They "Lost" my order. After nearly an hour wait in their parking lot. I finally got my food. They said sorry for the wait. The food was OK, but I already had a bad taste in my mouth by then. The end.

Terrible experience! I have been a frequent customer here. The last two times I have we been have been totally ridiculous. On the first visit in mid February everything that came out of the kitchen was wrong. They fixed the food but still not appropriate. I am standing here now waiting on my food. I was told 10 to 15 minutes and it is going on 50 minutes at this point. I was overcharged for the meals and then they had the audacity to charge a to go fee of about $6. Won’t be back. Am thinking about calling Landry’s in NOLA to tell them that they are not being represented very well.
