The Pho is really great, staff is friendly & service is good but the restaurant has gotten so dirty. Windows & doors have never been washed and the floor is always littered & dirty. Tables & chairs are not wiped off well, either. If kept clean this restaurant would be one of the best places in the metro to eat Pho.
