WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!! 1. I ordered a sandwich and bread sticks at 10:45 am, and was told it would be 30-45 minutes. At 11:45 I called to see if was on it's way and the woman told me it would be there in 20 minutes (they are located 5 minutes from my building). 30 minutes later I called them again pretty irritated and told them it still had not arrived, she told me that he had just left with the order. So about 5 minutes later he finally shows up with the food only for me to find out that they brought the wrong thing! I called the manager only for him to give me an attitude for the mistake and said he would call me back. 10 minutes later he calls and asks me what the mistake was and said he will send the sandwich over immediately. Well finally at 1:45 (3 hours later!!!!!) they delivered the correct thing, attitude and all. Needless to say I will be getting my money back and my company will not be doing business with them again.
