Kareen's kindness always makes my visits so much better, and the hotel's historic charm combined with updates and upcoming renovations really adds to the experience. The food, drinks, and friendly staff like Sheila and Amy create a welcoming vibe, though I'd definitely avoid room 717 because of the elevator noise-it's unforgettable for all the wrong reasons!
