Braun's attentive and friendly service at Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers on W Hefner Rd made the drive-through experience smooth and enjoyable, with clear communication and thoughtful touches like extra spoons for sharing ice cream. The location itself is clean and welcoming, offering consistently delicious burgers and fries that keep me coming back for more.

I had a great experience at the drive-through, with Braun providing excellent service. He was clear, repeated my order, double-checked everything, and the manager was also very attentive. Braun was fantastic at Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers on W Hefner Rd - friendly, attentive, and ensured I had everything I needed.
