Arrived on a chilly Sunday and requested the temperature be adjusted, but the waitress seemed unsure where the thermostat was located. Despite this, the service was subpar as my husband was ignored while trying to play keno. Disappointing experience overall, but Mark provided exceptional service with great drink recommendations. Highly suggest giving this bar another chance for a better customer service experience.

Great place. Plenty of cold beer on tap, nice ambiance. We got some tacos and wings and they were spot on.

Positive: The food is good and the servers are friendly.
Negative: The music is so loud you cannot carry on a conversation with anyone without yelling and it is so cold I had to wear my coat the whole time.

The food is ok, but the service is so bad that you won't want to return. The servers will make you feel as if you have imposed on them for having to leave from behind the bar and have to serve you. They will ignore you, gossip and drink behind the bar and then expect to be tipped for the horrible service. There are so many other places to spend your money...don't do it here.
