I had an exceptional dining experience at Aloy Modern Thai in Denver years ago, enjoying a delicious 5-star Panang curry chicken dish. Recently, I discovered Sweet Rice Thai in Springfield, NE, where the curry was just as flavorful, with fresh vegetables and perfectly cooked chicken, along with tasty egg rolls and sweet chili sauce on the side.
