My workplace has started selling these awesome local Lunch Box sandwiches and salads, which have become a hit for a quick, convenient, and delicious lunch. I've tried the Reuben, pastrami & swiss, and chicken salad and they're really satisfying, especially when they're super fresh with the right condiments. They're available at various locations including A.B.'s 66 in Dundee, Crane Coffee shops, Bucky's and Kwik Shops, as well as U-Stops in Lincoln, and they even offer catering options for groups with advance notice.
