If you are looking for burnt pizza's, a very rude and lazy manager then go to Sam and Louie's in Grand Island, Ne. My family went to that one and LeeAnn was our server's name. When she came to our table, she was on her personal phone and asking us what we wanted to drink all at the same time.
When she got off the phone, she told us that she was talking to her bridesmaids and told us that she was the manager so she could talk on her phone anytime she wanted.
After about thirty minutes, she came back to our table and got our order. It took forty-five minutes to make an order of cheese bread and a large pizza.
When the pizza came out, it was black. We asked if it could be remade or if we could get a discount and LeeAnn told us that it wasn't that bad and to just eat it and then she walked away laughing.
We got up and told her we were not going to pay for the food because we didn't eat it and she told us that we needed to wait to talk to her because she was in a good part of a movie on netflix and she had missed enough of it because we came in.
We will never eat at another Sam and Louie's again and we are telling our friends as well. If that is the kind of manager's you have working for you, I hope it goes down the drain and you lose all money.

First of all, I have to say the gal that helped me was absolutely AWESOME!! Very friendly and gave me coupons for next time. But...there WON'T be a next time. I paid $27(including tax) for an 18" pizza that barely had enough toppings to cover a 9" pizza. I love pizza, but this one was "truly" worth about only 5 bucks. I really hate writing this review since I had such great customer service, but I wish I had read a review like this before I wasted the money!

*If you are looking for a nice place to grab some pizza, calzones, strombolis, sandwiches, pasta or burgers this is definently the place to go! It's a fantastic atmosphere for family or friends to enjoy a meal or drinks together. In fact, they are the only Sam and Louies that has a sit down cement bar -it looks very cool. Anyways, me and a couple of buddies were driving down the road and happened to see Sam and Louies right next to the dq. We're the kind of guys who have tried out practically every pizza place in Omaha but we had never tried this. Our waitresses name was Nina (we later learned she works every Friday night and Sunday morning) she was very kind and prompt when serving us. She also gave us some coupons for our next return for a free pizza with no purchase!!! We tried the barbeque chicken pizza and the carnivore. We got the 18 inch (basically the size of godfathers large) it was the BEST pizza I've ever had in my life. I can definently say I have finally found the pizza place to settle down to.
