Vidlak's is a great little home cooking cafe. It reminds me of a cafe you would find in a small town somewhere in the middle of the Nebraska SandHills feeding cowboys and farmers. I have eaten there many times and I never got a bad meal. The price is right for just good old down home comfort food. I personally think it surpasses any of the quick fix franchise houses of the same stripe (sandwiches, pancakes, eggs, short order stuff) which hang their hats in the same neighborhood. Good stuff!
