A coworker suggested checking out a food truck that certainly lived up to the excitement. During a recent visit to the Hullabaloo in Elkhorn, I tried their muffuletta for the first time and was blown away by the incredible flavors and friendly service. For anyone in downtown Omaha, be sure to follow their social media to track where they pop up next; I can't wait to try their creole hamburger and jambalaya soon!
