Hy-Vee truly impresses me with its exceptional customer service and convenience. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to assist, whether I'm using Aisles on Line or picking up groceries. With a variety of services available, including a great salad bar and affordable prices, it has become a go-to destination when I'm in the area.

Game changer

Arrived yesterday, Saturday, 30 September 2023 at 2;30 p.m.to obtain Covid vaccine booster. Had called on prior Tuesday and was told vaccine had just arrived and would be available Thursday. I specifically asked if I would need an appointment and was told I would not and could walk in. When I arrived Saturday, the first person in pharmacy told me there was no vaccine. Second person conferred with another person and said if I wanted a vaccine I would have to register online and would be given one based on availability. There was no one else waiting. I attempted to register with my phone, but it did not seem to work. I was frustrated and no one there was really able or willing to help me. I asked them what kind of business this was. I felt demeaned and insulted. This was certainly not a service oriented facility. I left and went to a local CVS and within 5 minutes had my vaccine. In the past 30 years my wife and I have spent a significant amount of money buying groceries and meds at Hy-Vee, but no longer.

Worst customer service EVER!!! Lexi at check-out has the personality of a rock. No greeting or have a nice day. How did she pass customer service training? A truly poor hire by this HyVee.
Customer Service desk, also no greeting after I stood there for several minutes while 2 staff were just standing there talking with each other.
What happened to these people not being engaged in their jobs? Very poor reflection and representation for HyVee. Advice for other shoppers . . . go to a different store or, at least, don't go to this store and expect any customer service. Helpful smile in every aisle - NOT.
