Walked in to place a small order after work and the lady was arguing with a customer refusing to fix the order.... I ordered my food and definitely shouldn't have I walked out and didn't check and when I got home it wasn't my order so I go back and she accused me of hiding the food and wouldn't fix it

Ordered takeout for delivery. The wrong items were sent, when called to ask about missing items, we were told "sorry we wrote it down wrong". They then said they would not do anything to replace the items. Unacceptable. Food was also extra well done/burnt. Will not be ordering from here again. In a day where dollars mean a lot, you ripped us off for $10!

The service is terrible… the people that have said if something’s missing from your order or if they mess up they will argue and blame you never correcting the problem well thats 100 percent true. Has happened to myself and my daughter. BUT as said in some of the other reviews the food is good… we always go back because of that. This should be a two tear rating one for food quality and one for service as it doesn’t I give it 3.
1 or negative for service BUT 4 -5 on the food .. I’ve never ordered and had bad food.
I can’t be the only one because the dinner rush is always so busy
This would be an excellent Chinese restaurant if they could just treat the clients with respect and honesty.
I will add with service so horrible it speaks at how good the food is as so many us included keep going returning and they are lucky for that.

Worst experience ever at this restaurant, ordered the dinner for 4 delivered, the order was missing the wings and chow mein but did get lemon chicken (that noone here likes) called the restaurant to let them know and was screamed at by whoever manages the phone, charged $10 for delivery when it was paid in cash and supposed to be free... what a joke

Always fresh and hot. We have never been disappointed with the delivery, we've always received our order on time and never any items missing. Bonus of the fried wontons which are amazing.

orederd dinner was told it will be 1 hr so i wait and hr go to pick it up wait over an hour to pick up my food they request my info for pickup they then walk back and forth from kitchen for another 15 to 20 then finally say that who ever took my order never wrote it down and if i like to reorder it will me another 90 minute wait. the only reason i gave 1 star is because negative stars are not available

Very good food. A bit of a line up when we went to pick up order. They moved everyone along quickly. It’s been almost 20 years since we’d been here. We will be returning again.

Please don’t trust the fake 5 star reviews. It shocks me this place is still in business. Bad service. Scam customers. Food is not even close to worth the price. Places make mistakes and that’s ok this place makes mistakes and refuses to fix them they’ll just blame you. Save your money check out some other places in town and support other honest small businesses.

Awful service don’t understand how people still support this business. Bad food worse service. Have had a bad experience every single time I’ve gone here and if you inquire about a mistake they say you’re a bad customer. I don’t want free food or money just my order to be correct and fresh and not met with curse words after I was nothing but nice.

They purposely forget food and when you go back they say you’re a bad customer and want free food even though they see it’s missing and you paid for it they’ll say oh well give it to you free next time but you paid for it and they won’t make it... awful don’t go here

Great prices and super tasty food. Can’t complain, this is my go-to for takeout. They offer both a Japanese and Chinese menu, so lots to choose from!

Have eaten here off and on for a couple of decades now, but continue to return because the food is great and service is reliable. Have tried other places but they eventually make me regret not having ordered from the OK! Popular place, so the wait can sometimes be long but it is definitely worth it!!

In Store: They take Credit, Debit, and Cash (10% Discount for PickUp Orders - not eat ins) Expect at least 20 minutes for a PickUp order. They Take Reservations
Delivery: They take Credit and Cash. $5 in Lindsay, Free in Lindsay if order is over $35 (Before HST), and can be between $10-$20 for out of Town deliveries. Expect at least a 40 Minute wait time for Takeout, This is the minimum time you will be given by the person taking orders.
All You Can Eat: Weekdays suppers are $18+HST and Weekends/Holidays are $20+HST.
Review:
I have gone in with a large group (18 people the one time) multiple times and it has always been enjoyable. It is a go to spot for me and my friends for lunch, supper and take out. General Tso's chicken, Cheese Wontons, Boston roll, Lindsay roll and the deep fried milk are to DIE for!! I highly recommend this spot. It is all you can eat, which means you order on a sheet, instead of a buffet, but it is all one price. Keep in mind on major holidays such as Christmas Eve, mothers day and New Years when it is extremely busy with takeout they sometimes refuse to do the all you can eat, but just call ahead.
Please give this restaurant a chance, also keep in mind the owners are ESL.

Horrible phone service!! The woman who answered obviously did not like to take orders, and missed two items on my order while being abrupt and rude!! Food was cold, and nearly inedible!! We will NEVER go back

This is where the squad goes for sushi brunch after a night of wicked Lindsay partying. It's the bomb. Totally worth it. They play a lot of Justin briber but the food makes up for that 10/10.

My boyfriend and I had decided to order out sushi for out date night. It was 9:30 and After finding out it closed at 10 we decided to just order a few things. The staff was super friendly and reassured me with a warm smile that there was plenty of time to order. I ordered the Philly roll, chicken crispy roll, the black dragon roll, some chicken balls and beef stir fry. I hands down have never tasted such great sushi in my life, I was in heaven. Everything they made for us was outstanding and this is definitely going to be my new go to sushi place. I suggest if you have not tried this place, you should. You will not be disappointed !!!
